- Online interview. During your preferred time slot, you will have two interviews – one technical and one with a manager.
- Based on the results of your online interview, within 48 hours you'll receive our feedback and potentially a job offer to join our team. By then, we hope you'll have all the information you need to decide if you want to build your future career with EPAM. If you accept our offer within the next 24 hours, you'll be eligible for the entry bonus.* It's that simple.

HIRING WEEK BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you receive an employment offer from EPAM Systems Kft. between May 21, 2024 – May 24, 2024, as a result of this campaign into one of the above-specified positions and accept it within 24 hours, you are eligible to receive an entry bonus. The bonus payment is a gross amount of HUF 750.000 if you’re offered an EPAM senior-level position or gross HUF 1.000.000 if you’re offered an EPAM lead or above level position. The payout will be made no later than the 10th of the month after your start date. Bonuses can be accumulated if you participate in other campaigns of EPAM Systems Kft.
The above bonuses are subject to repayment in full to EPAM Systems Kft. should an employee who received it:
- Submit a termination notice to his/her employment within 12 months of his/her start date.
- Take a long-term, continuous absence from work of 30 calendar days or more, except for absences beyond the control or influence of the employee.
Eligible candidates must have the legal right to work in Hungary, or a valid work permit in HU at the time of the application and at least 6 months into the future.
EPAM Systems Kft. reserves the right to change or end the program at any time without previous notice, with due respect to acquired rights.
