*HIRING WEEK BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you receive an employment offer from EPAM Systems Kft. between September 22, 2025 – October 1, 2025, as a result of this campaign into one of the above-specified positions and accept it within 24 hours, you are eligible to receive an entry bonus. The bonus payment is a gross amount of HUF 750.000 if you’re offered an EPAM senior-level position or a gross of HUF 1.000.000 if you’re offered an EPAM lead-level postions or above. The payout will be made no later than the 10th of the following month after your start date. Bonuses can be accumulated if you participate in other EPAM Systems Kft campaigns.
The above bonuses are subject to repayment in full to EPAM Systems Kft. should an employee who received it:
- Submit a termination notice to his/her employment within 12 months of his/her start date.
- Take a long-term, continuous absence from work of 30 calendar days or more, except for absences beyond the control or influence of the employee.
Eligible candidates must have the legal right to work in Hungary or a valid work permit in HU at the time of the application and at least six months into the future.
EPAM Systems Kft. reserves the right to change or end the program at any time without previous notice, with due respect to acquired rights.
