Faculty of Informatics

Óbuda University is a dynamic and thriving institution located in Budapest. The fundamental mission of the University is to serve science and the future by transferring and developing knowledge at high standards through research and innovation.

EPAM has been partnering with the John von Neumann Faculty of Informatics to maintain and improve the quality of the local software engineering, as well as the software engineering and testing education. Furthermore, EPAM provides a number of educational and R&D programs for students and educates the next generation of highly skilled computer engineers through the following:

-          Software development and test automation course – all semesters (20 students/semester)

-          DB course – one semester (16 students/semester)

-          Testing course – one semester (20 students/semester)

-          Dual education

-          EPAM Technology Lab

The Faculty of Information Technology and Bionics of the Pázmány Péter Catholic University is truly unique in the Hungarian higher education system, as the curriculum has been elaborated by around thirty internationally recognized researchers and professors. The Faculty provides multidisciplinary education in human-centered information technology based on extensive fundamental subjects like the basics of life sciences and how to constantly develop advanced technologies.

EPAM provides Testing courses that last one semester and include about 10 students per group.

Faculty of Informatics

The Faculty of Informatics is the youngest faculty (2003) of the oldest Hungarian university (1635). Almost 3,000 students have studied computer science here. The high standard of training is guaranteed by the highly qualified academic staff. Education is supported by modern infrastructure and well-equipped computer labs that focus on artificial intelligence, databases, and robotics.

EPAM has been cooperating with the Faculty of Informatics by providing a number of educational, practical courses for students and sharing hands-on experience in a variety of fields. We offer:

-         Testing course – one semester (16 students/semester)

-         SW Development/Test Automation course – one semester (16 students/semester)

Faculty of Informatics

The Faculty boasts the only accredited, university-level educational program for IT specialists in the East-Hungary region. The aim of the Computer Science and Computer Science Engineering programs is to train future IT professionals so that they will possess competitive knowledge that can meet the market demand and be used in their everyday work.

EPAM has been a professional partner of the Faculty of Informatics and a regular exhibitor at Professional Days and Job Fairs. We have been gladly helping University students with their summer internships and providing thesis supervision, as well as offering a number of IT educational, one-semester courses:

The Institute of Informatics was established in 1990 as part of the Faculty of Science and Informatics at the University of Szeged. Its main mission is to teach modern computer science and information technology, while taking part in innovative and R&D projects.

EPAM has been actively taking part in educational activities for Institute students by organizing the following courses for future IT professionals:
