Talent Development Specialist Description

We are now seeking a Talent Development Specialist who will play a key role in supporting internal communication and facilitating learning solutions. The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the success and growth of EPAM offices by ensuring a positive training experience for all parties involved.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities
- Provide overall operational support for training and programs using in-company training applications and tools
- Engage subject matter experts in the learning environment
- Support participants by posting announcements, answering organizational questions in communication channels, sending emails, and processing support requests
- Summarize training sessions and outcomes
- Monitor and prepare training statistics
- Address and resolve issues that arise during the learning process
Requirements
- Strong desire and possibility to learn, both independently and under the guidance
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and a proactive role in the training process
- Ability to multitask
- Business communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) at the intermediate level
- Hands-on experience in administrative or assistant roles is welcomed but not mandatory
- Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
