We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to expand our EPAM Campus team in Hungary.
EPAM Campus is a corporate global educational service aimed at assisting beginners of various ages and professional backgrounds in starting their IT careers. The Talent Development Specialist will coordinate team projects and support regional educational processes.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding process for students and serve as contact point for them during their education
- Contribute to regular reporting, administrative tasks and processes
- Work closely with Regional Program Coordination Managers and Program Coordinators to know details about students in the pipeline
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and Human Resource teams to ensure the smooth communication flow and operation of corporate processes
- Represent Campus on internal and external events (Department Meetings, Job Fairs, University events, etc.)
- Coordinate internship related administrative tasks
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Learning & Development or Adult Education, preferably in an international corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work within a diverse company culture
- Customer-focused mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Hungarian
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Hungarian Adult Education legislation
- Experience in training delivery
- Basic project management skills
