Responsibilities
- As a Lead Azure DevOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for driving the adoption of DevOps best practices, optimizing Azure cloud resources, and ensuring the efficient and secure delivery of software solutions. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping the development and deployment strategies in a cloud-centric environment
- Utilize strong Azure experience to design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and services. Leverage Azure Data Related Services, such as Storage Containers, Data Bricks, Synapse, ADF, Event Hub, Azure Functions, Azure Monitoring, and Azure Logs Analytics, to build robust data pipelines and scalable data solutions
- Utilize Terraform to define and manage cloud resources as code, ensuring consistent and repeatable deployments. Automate the provisioning and configuration of Azure resources, enabling Infrastructure-as-Code practices to streamline development and deployment processes
- Demonstrate skills in standard DevOps services, including Kubernetes, Container Images, and Microservices. Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, testing, and deployment to Kubernetes clusters, ensuring a smooth and efficient release process
- Exhibit the ability to quickly grasp complex ideas and anticipate potential challenges. Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices for DevOps processes. Emphasize a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements
- Strong Azure experience
- Terraform experience
- Experience with Azure Data Related Services (Storage Containers, Data Bricks, Synapse, ADF, Event Hub, Azure functions, Azure Monitoring, Azure Logs Analytics, etc.)
- Skills in standard DevOps services (K8s, Container Images, Microservices)
- The ability to quickly grasp ideas, communicate properly (externally/internally), anticipate things, be proactive and be able to reconstruct knowledge from the code itself
