Responsibilities

• Engage deeply with Senior executives to define and execute Enterprise-wide Master Data Management programs and business cases
• Lead Master Data Management assessments to help clients gradually improve capabilities from current state to the viable state of maturity by creating strategy, roadmaps and implementation plans
• Leverage your deep understanding of business and IT capabilities to build a Master Data Management technology solution which help to innovate and create value across the client organization
• Provide end-to-end services from strategy ideation and provide and extend knowledge of MDM solutions
• Lead customer conversations and architectural teams to define modern Data Management architecture and developing practices to manage data through its lifecycle
• Support business development efforts, including proposal development, Statements of Work, and client presentations
• Create consulting offerings and reusable templates
• Deliver client projects in one or more solution areas: Product Information Management Customer and Supplier Master Data Management and Digital Asset Management
• Be involved in clients’ project initiatives such MDM Application implementation strategy and planning, requirements gathering, and technical work with other Data Solutions team members
• Document and execute implementation MDM application strategy technical configuration

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a consulting role leading Master Data Management initiatives
• Deep practical subject matter expertise in at least 2-3 Master Data areas: Product, Customer or Vendor MDM
• Technology expertise with one or several MDM technologies, e.g. Informatica, Stibo, SAP, Ataccama, Semarchy, Tibco, Riversand, Profisee, Reltio
• Understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA, DCAM), methodologies, processes and how to implement them
• Experienced in building relationships with directors and C-levels stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of the customer business and driving data-driven insights
• Practical expertise in conducting maturity assessment and gap analysis and providing strategic roadmap and solution implementation guidelines
• Hands-on experience in running customer workshops and other collaboration sessions to discover customer priorities, understand current state, and determine maturity/readiness to execute on enterprise Data Management & Governance vision
• Expertise on industry and market trends with tools scoring model for selecting fit for purpose technology solution and tailoring and applying industry best practices at scale
• Extensive practical expertise with modern data stack, agile environments and high-end technologies
• Ability to work independently, manage small engagements with multiple work threads, or parts of large engagements
• Excellent verbal and written command of the English language

• Experience in leading data transformation projects
• Technology expertise in modern Big Data and Cloud stack: Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, etc
• Practical expertise in implementation of Data Governance for modern cloud data lakes
