Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire Salesforce solution architecture and implementation
- Stay current on Salesforce products, updates, and best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements as user stories
- Design scalable solutions that meet business needs and align with Salesforce best practices
- Lead daily scrums and work with teams to resolve any blockers or challenges
- Present incremental progress during sprint reviews and demonstrations
- Ensure successful delivery and quality of the overall solution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of solution architecture based on Salesforce best practices
- Salesforce certifications required: Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Platform App Builder
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodology
- Self-starter with the ability to independently engage business stakeholders and initiate requirements discussions

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$122K–CA$155K.
