Join our team as a Middle Knowledge Management Specialist, where you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the support process for our client's projects. As a detail-oriented individual, you will be tasked with creating detailed instructions for Global Service Desk operators and updating the Knowledge Base to ensure our team is equipped with the latest information.

You will have the opportunity to identify gaps in current processes and suggest improvements and updates. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for sharing knowledge and information within the department and the entire organization.

Responsibilities

  • Gather knowledge from various sources to establish and maintain the support process
  • Create detailed instructions for Global Service Desk operators and update the Knowledge Base to keep instructions up-to-date
  • Identify gaps in current processes and suggest improvements and updates
  • Share knowledge and information within the department and the entire organization
  • Ensure Global Service Desk operators have knowledge of new and updated support processes
  • Create and update educational programs for Global Service Desk operators

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant professional background
  • Experience in support, technical writing or business analysis is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle and structure high volumes of information
  • Ability to identify dependencies and inconsistencies in processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a team and think as a team
  • Motivated, responsible, and attentive to details
  • English language level – B2+, both verbal and written
