Senior Business Analyst with Salesforce Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce platform to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Client's CRM Consultants in defining the project scope and size, driving projects using Agile methodologies, and facilitating requirements workshops to gather and analyze requirements. You will also be responsible for mapping AS-IS and TO-BE processes, creating epic, user stories for Salesforce Engineers, and working with our QA team to ensure that the solution meets the requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Support Client’s CRM Consultants in defining the project scope and size, driving projects using Agile methodologies, and facilitating requirements workshops to gather and analyze requirements
  • Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes and create epic, user stories for Salesforce Engineers
  • Work with our QA team to ensure that the solution meets the requirements and support stakeholders and business units through UAT and triage bugs
  • Assist Salesforce engineers in performing root cause analysis and provide Train-the-Trainer and functional documentation and sessions
  • Configure and customize Salesforce and HubSpot platforms to meet business requirements and develop and maintain Hubspot workflows, reports, dashboards, and other tools to support business operations
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and HubSpot systems and support projects through post-go-live & hyper-care activities

Requirements

  • 2+ years working on the Salesforce.com platform
  • 3+ years working with Hubspot managing Marketing Emails, Contacts and the integration with Salesforce
  • Proficient in CRM B2B process (sales, service support/care) and process mapping skills
  • Salesforce Administrator / Hubspot Marketing / Hubspot CRM Data Migration Certification
  • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
  • Experience using process design tools (e.g. Signavio)
  • Team player (easy and respectful communications, shares responsibilities for the team's overall success)
  • Communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to work with a blank slate and inspire others
  • Respond constructively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
  • English B2+ (can communicate fluently with english speaking stakeholders, able to share his ideas and provide reasoning)

Nice to have

  • Consulting experience in the retail industry
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
  • Hubspot Email Marketing Course
  • Jira, Google Suite (eg. Docs, Sheets and Slides)
  • Good functional understanding of the key Salesforce CRM Platform capabilities
