Systems Engineer (relocation to Georgia) Description
We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial technical support and assist with the ongoing maintenance and optimization of our systems.
The project is a managed service for the Tools team, focusing on CI/CD landscape operations and SRE. The team is responsible for developing infrastructure as code and supporting engineers in their CI/CD processes. You will be working closely with them to ensure smooth operations and reliability.

This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, a well-equipped office in Tbilisi or coworking spaces in Batumi and Kutaisi.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the Tools team
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code
- Participate in on-call rotation, providing 24/7 support during assigned periods
- Ensure the reliability and performance of our systems
- Collaborate with team members to optimize CI/CD processes
- Implement and maintain security best practices for system protection
Requirements
- Experience with infrastructure as code development and maintenance
- Strong skills in Bash scripting
- Competency in one of the cloud platforms and readiness to learn Google Cloud Platform
- In-depth knowledge of CI/CD processes
- Understanding of Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with JFrog Artifactory
- Skilled in using Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- English level - B2 and higher, both spoken and written
Nice to have
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
