Responsibilities
- Plan and implement Business Analysis activities, adapting to project specifics including stakeholder management
- Engage stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements
- Develop and maintain Business Analysis artifacts with appropriate detail
- Facilitate collaboration and effective communication within the team and with clients
- Manage project or product backlog, including scope decomposition and prioritization
- Estimate Business Analysis efforts and contribute to high-level development estimates
- Play a client-facing role, presenting results and fostering client relationships
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in E-commerce or Digital marketing, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies
- Proficiency in managing Business Analysis activities across various project phases
- Background in digital experience platforms (DXP), content management systems (CMS) and marketing technologies (MarTech)
- Expertise in composable architectures such as commercetools, Contentful and SF Commerce coupled with familiarity with AI technologies
- Skilled in microservice architecture and API-first design, including the creation of UML and BPMN diagrams
- Capability to effectively engage in a distributed, multi-cultural and multi-time zone environment
- Ability to build trusting relationships with clients, proactively understanding and addressing their needs
- Strong desire to continuously learn new technologies and explore various domains
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher
Nice to have
- Additional certifications in Business Analysis or Agile methodologies
- Prior experience in project management or leadership roles
