Salesforce Technical Architect Description

We're in search of a Salesforce Technical Architect to join our remote workforce.

The key role you'll play involves executing technical discovery, contributing to future implementation cycles, and delivering essential components. Your proficiency in Core Clouds, particularly Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, will be instrumental in formulating the integration strategy, managing data, establishing high-level solution architecture, strategizing data migration, and making preliminary recommendations on data quality.


  • Architecting and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to devise integration and data management strategies along with high-level solution architecture
  • Adhering to DevOps Best Practices and providing ROM estimates for backlog items
  • Maintaining data quality and making initial recommendations for data cleansing and validation
  • Overseeing the data migration strategy and estimating data migration effort
  • Keeping abreast of Salesforce technologies and proposing enhancements to the existing architecture
  • Mentoring junior team members and engaging in knowledge sharing sessions


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Salesforce Architect role or similar with exposure to Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud projects
  • Proficiency in executing technical discovery
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation cycle and delivery of key components
  • Understanding of data management and data migration strategies, along with DevOps Best Practices
  • Experience in maintaining data quality (cleansing, validation, etc.) and high-level estimation of data migration effort
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level), both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in Spanish at a C1+ level for effective team and stakeholder communication

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud
  • Experience in the Hospitality industry
