We are looking for a certified PEGA Software Engineer to join our team. This role involves supporting and developing new features for the Model Event Approval workflow and ensuring seamless workflow functionality.

Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into robust Pega solutions while communicating effectively with business analysts
- Propose optimal Pega architecture and design approaches
- Collaborate closely with the Client Pega Center of Excellence to adhere to Pega standards and guidelines
- Work with Java TRD team members to ensure solid integration between Pega and Java components of the application flow
- Provide support during Production deployments during US Evening CST time zone
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience
- 3+ years of experience in designing and developing in Pega
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Java
- Background in Financial Services
