Project Manager Description

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget constraints
  • Develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines
  • Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, set priorities and monitor progress against project milestones
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks and issues
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings and post-implementation reviews
  • Manage project documentation, including project charters, plans, schedules and status reports
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

What You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT project management
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification
  • Fluency in both English and Lithuanian languages
  • Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana)
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Nice to have

  • Background in LT governmental projects
