What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget constraints
- Develop project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines
- Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, set priorities and monitor progress against project milestones
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, risks and issues
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status meetings and post-implementation reviews
- Manage project documentation, including project charters, plans, schedules and status reports
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
What You Have
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Fluency in both English and Lithuanian languages
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana)
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Nice to have
- Background in LT governmental projects
