Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Finance teams to define use case specifics for increased efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with BI analysts, Data Scientists, and partner Finance analysts to ensure technical design aligns with business goals
- Provide feedback to Product team to expand and meet user needs
- Drive project plan completion and ensure deployed solution meets user needs and enters maintenance
- Maintain high development practices including technical design, systems configuration, test documentation, and issue resolution
- Uphold data integrity and confidentiality by establishing security procedures
Requirements
- Skills in Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Strategic Planning, and Influencing
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, Business Acumen, Business Communication, and Data Analysis
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience in implementing Analytics and Reporting solutions as Program Manager or Team Lead
