What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of Python developers specializing in AI or Data Analytics
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI or data projects, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model development, deployment, and ongoing optimization
- Cooperate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Define project timelines, allocate resources, and manage the overall project portfolio to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of AI and data solutions
- Ensure adherence to data privacy and security standards and regulatory requirements in all AI and data solutions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training and development opportunities for team members
What You Have
- Proven experience as a manager with a strong background in Python
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics concepts and methodologies
- Proficiency in relevant frameworks/libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Familiarity with data processing technologies (e.g., SQL, Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical considerations in AI and data projects
- Experience in agile development methodologies and project management tools
