What You’ll Do

  • Run Kubernetes components
  • Manage application and system monitoring, troubleshooting and fixing issues and bugs
  • Oversee mobile client application troubleshooting for both iOS and Android systems
  • Engage with customers via calls or chat to resolve their problems online
  • Showcase comprehensive hands-on expertise in micro-services and architectural patterns
  • Work proficiently with App Insights and Log Analytics
  • Develop new and modify existing queries and alerts in Azure Monitor
  • Write SQL queries and set up, monitor alert notifications
  • Document RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
  • Automate maintenance operations using scripting languages: PowerShell, Bash, Kusto Query Language

What You Have

  • Significant practical experience in technologies such as AKS, Application Gateway, Kubernetes and Azure SQL Server
  • Proficiency in App Insights and Log Analytics
  • Experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem and Change Management)
  • Excellent professional writing skills for maintaining technical documentation

Nice to have

  • Background in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, Kusto Query Language
  • Skills in Dynatrace and ServiceNow
