We are aiming to set up a nearshore delivery center in Romania. EPAM is selected as the single partner to set up this tech hub together with the client. The tech hub will be run in a BOT build-operate transfer model where both EPAM and the client will put resources in the hub.

What You Have

  • IT Bachelor or Master degree
  • 5+ years working experience in Salesforce Development
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  • Strong focus on quality & delivery excellence
  • Proficient in using version control systems (preferred GIT) to manage code repositories, collaborate with team members, and track changes across different projects
  • Extensive experience in designing and developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform with a focus on Service Cloud. Proficient in creating and customizing objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, triggers, and other Salesforce components
  • Strong command over Apex, the Salesforce programming language, for implementing complex business logic and building custom controllers, extensions, and triggers. Proficient in developing Visualforce pages and Lightning components for creating intuitive user interfaces
  • Expertise in customizing the Salesforce Service Console to optimize agent productivity and enhance case management processes. Skilled in configuring macros, quick text, case feed, and other console features to streamline support operations
  • Solid understanding of integrating Service Cloud with other systems using REST and SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware tools. Proficient in data migration, data cleansing, and data quality management within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Proven ability to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes using Salesforce workflows, process builder, flow builder, and custom automation solutions. Skilled in creating reports, dashboards, and custom analytics to monitor performance and drive informed decision-making
  • Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to problem-solving. Able to quickly identify issues, troubleshoot errors, and provide timely resolutions, ensuring smooth operation of Service Cloud implementations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering effective teamwork and cross-functional coordination. Experienced in gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results
