Are you a seasoned Senior Business Process Designer with a passion for innovation and expertise in CRM processes? If so, we invite you to join our Salesforce Practice as we embark on exciting projects to enhance customer relationship management.

Please note that the remote option applies only to candidates who will be working from any location in Poland.

What You’ll Do

  • Support our client’s CRM Consultants on:
    • Defining the scope and project size
    • Driving projects using Agile Methodologies
    • Facilitating requirements workshops, gathering and analyzing requirements, and obtaining sign-off
    • Mapping AS-IS and TO-BE processes
    • Creating epics and user stories for Salesforce Engineers, including Salesforce design suggestions
    • Collaborating with our QA team to review use case tests and testing outputs to ensure that the solution meets the requirements
    • Supporting stakeholders and business units through UAT and triaging bugs
    • Assisting Salesforce engineers in performing root cause analysis
    • Providing Train-the-Trainer sessions and functional documentation
    • Supporting projects through post-go-live and hyper-care activities

What You Have

  • Proficiency in CRM B2B process excellence experience (sales, service support/care) and process mapping skills
  • 5+ years of experience working on the Salesforce.com Platform
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Certification
  • Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
  • Experience using process design tools (e.g., Signavio)
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing support processes in Salesforce, including email2case, live chat, chatBOT, omnichannel, and case escalation

Nice to have

  • Consulting experience in the retail industry
  • Familiarity with Jira and the Google Suite (e.g., Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
  • A good functional understanding of the key Salesforce CRM Platform capabilities
