We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to make the team even stronger.
As a UX/UI designer, you will work as part of a cross-functional team working within an agile environment, striving for continuous delivery of the respective cloud services to our customers and end users. You will be responsible for delivering interaction designs as well as visual design by applying Design Thinking as the default methodology.
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to make the team even stronger.
As a UX/UI designer, you will work as part of a cross-functional team working within an agile environment, striving for continuous delivery of the respective cloud services to our customers and end users. You will be responsible for delivering interaction designs as well as visual design by applying Design Thinking as the default methodology.
Responsibilities
- Deliver design wireframe based on user insights and functional requirements
- Deliver visual design based on design pattern
- Conduct UX research activities for the topics you work on
- Collaborate with product managers and other UX designers during the design process, making sure that we tackle the right problem with the right design
- Collaborate with software engineers to make sure that the proposed design is business viable, delightful, and technically feasible
Requirements
- Experience in UX projects covering the whole user-centered-design life cycle from user research through design to validation
- 2 years work experience in interaction design
- 1 year work experience in visual design
- Strong visual design capability
- Ability to think creatively about problems and challenge existing norms of design
- Deep understanding of product life-cycle and ability to work with product management and development teams in a highly iterative fashion
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Sketch, Balsamiq, etc
- Fluent English (written & oral) and proactive communication skills
- Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Media, (Industrial) Design or Psychology is required. A degree in computer science or business administration is beneficial
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Domain knowledge in enterprise systems is beneficial
- Proven ability to interact and collaborate with multi-functional teams
- Highly motivated, committed to success, and self-initiated
- Flexible in terms of working arrangement to satisfy business needs
- A superb team player with an open mind and collaborative style
