What You’ll Do
- Take charge of a talented team focused on data analytics and integration
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment where team members can thrive
- Assume primary responsibility for data integration, using expertise to streamline processes and ensure data flows seamlessly
- Manage team members effectively, ensuring they are aligned with project goals and milestones
What You Have
- Expertise in Amazon Redshift
- Expert knowledge of BI, Business and Data analysis & visualization
- Skills in Cloud Analytics / DWH and DB, ETL / ELT Solutions
- Understanding of Report Development (preferably Qlik Sense)
- Proven track record in team management
- Proficiency in English: B2 level and above
- Lithuanian: native speaker
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Agile Lifecycle Management (SAFe), Requirements and Change management
- Knowledge of SAP Analysis for Microsoft Office, SAP BO, SAP BO Reporting
- Skills in SAS Analytics and Stakeholder Management
