Currently we are looking for a Delivery Manager for our Hoofddorp office to make the team even stronger.

Our Technical Delivery Managers oversee management of key EPAM client relationships, taking a technically ‘hands on’ approach to define and deliver solutions and driving a culture of continuous improvement. They are accountable for the solution, overall project delivery, client satisfaction and management of expectations while ensuring that the work is on strategy, on time and within budget. You will be working alongside globally renowned and award-winning design, development and technology teams who are passionate about what they do and how they do it. Projects range from 20-100 people with typical large-scale clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall delivery of the various development, DevOps and support work streams
  • Ensure that the services are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards; that the teams apply successfully best engineering practices
  • Maintain effective communication with key customer stakeholders, as well as with team members
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships with the customer
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management, internally and towards the customer at Director and at C-level
  • Actively manage and follow-up on staffing, including succession planning and managing risks of attrition
  • Actively follow-up and manage/resolve risks, issues, concerns in a timely manner, both internally and externally
  • Ensure the work streams follow Agile methodology and principles

Requirements

  • Experience as a Delivery Manager with a primary skill in Project Management
  • Proficient in Agile and Stakeholder Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • B2+ English level proficiency
  • Fluent communication in Dutch
  • Ability to lead and motivate several teams, to work in multi cultural and distributed environment, with engineering teams in various locations
  • Ability to travel within Netherlands
