What You’ll Do
- Promote a Product Mindset to internal and external stakeholders and teams by focusing on tangible value creation from customer needs and goals
- Generate the best product market fit by building products that create commercial value and that people love to use
- Own the vision, strategy and roadmaps creation and validation of commercial hypothesis
- Drive insight calibration through direct and frequent interaction with the actual users and customers and output metrics
- Own operational Product Development Lifecycle
- Be accountable for end-to-end business value delivery and co-responsible for technical delivery
- Participate in EPAM Pre-Sales
- Own our Product Management community initiative(s)
- Mentor and coach colleagues
What You Have
- At least 7 years’ experience in a Senior Product Expert (Product Owner/Product Manager) role
- At least 5 years’ experience leading a(ny) team
- Fluent or Advanced Business English & Dutch
- Experience in growth and go-to-market strategies definition
- Hands-on experience in Hypothesis validation and Experimentation (A/B, MVT etc)
- Experience in Data-driven decision making and feedback loops
- Experience of delivering on digital transformation
- Experience in multiple business domains
- GenAI foundational knowledge
Nice to have
- Experience with/or interest in Human-Centric Design, Usability principles and Bias
- Experience with/or interest in Data, IoT and/or Automation
- Experience in product pricing
- Experience with multi-located teams and remote working
