What You’ll Do

• Assist Account Managers with efficient administrative support, helping them effectively manage their accounts and tasks
• Enforce the guidelines for onboarding and offboarding engineers to projects, ensuring adherence to contract management and governance standards
• Oversee the operational systems, processes and infrastructure related to account management, seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Adapt to complex environments and dynamic settings and efficiently multitask to meet diverse challenges while handling large portfolios of work
• Establish and maintain professional and credible relationships with clients, internal business lines and external vendors through effective communication and collaboration
• Actively contribute ideas and suggestions for enhancing operational management systems, processes, and best practices

What You Have

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in account administration, budgeting, and contract management
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically with internal and external stakeholders
• Possess strong analytical capabilities to excel in a matrix environment where problem-solving is crucial
