We are seeking a Development Team Lead to join our team. The primary skill for this position is Java. The candidate must have exceptional client relationship management skills and knowledge of microservice architecture pattern and Spring Boot.

We are seeking a Development Team Lead to join our team. The primary skill for this position is Java. The candidate must have exceptional client relationship management skills and knowledge of microservice architecture pattern and Spring Boot.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a development team and ensure maximum output and efficiency
- Liaise with clients to determine their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Create and implement technical strategies to achieve project goals
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications
- Ensure code meets customer requirements, industry standards, and operational needs
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers on the team
What You Have
- Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships
- Proven experience in leading a development team to successfully meet project goals
- Expertise in microservice architecture pattern and Spring Boot development
- Proficiency in Java programming and software development methodologies
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred
- Familiarity with Couchbase is a plus
- B2+ level of English proficiency is required
- B2+ level of French proficiency is required
- Fully remote work is possible, work from office is not required. Will most probably needs to travel to France at the start of the project to swift onboarding with project
