We are looking for multiple Product specialists in different verticals (Travel, Retail, Consumer Goods, Banking, TelCo) to help our clients. Based on your profile you will work with respective SME’s in EPAM.
Your main responsibility is Value Creation to our clients, you will partner with EPAM Delivery Team to ensure this. You will cultivate collaboration, strategic alignment and end-to-end integrated planning and execution across your Product area.
We expect you to be the Ambassador of Product Mindset; both at EPAM and at Client, for Business and Technology colleagues. You are interested to help colleagues grow their careers in Product Management.
You possess natural abilities to work in a distributed and multicultural environment and relate well with Client teams, including (senior) business and technology individuals and teams. Therefore, good English communication, great presentation, a dose of humor, patience and empathy are required. You are a natural self-starter with a high degree in resilience.

Responsibilities
- Manages product vision, strategy and roadmaps
- Commissions Market, Competition and Customer research
- Manages entire product lifecycle
- Drives Business Case creation
- Owns end-to-end business value delivery
- Co-owns the responsibility for technical delivery successes
- Evangelizes Product Mindset (Focus on Value Creation through Customer needs/Business opportunities/Technology required)
- Active in Product Community; advises (other) Junior Product Owner(s)
- Drives Agile Product Ownership as part of the E2E Software development lifecycle
Requirements
- 5 years in Agile Procut Ownership role / Agile Scrum practice
- 2 last years in Product Management role
- 2 years of leading a(ny) team
- Experience in any of the following industries: Healthcare and lifesciences, EV, Electric Mobility, E-commerce, Insurance/re-insurance, Telecom
- Min 1 case of defining product vision and/or strategies and launching a product
- Min 2 cases of defining MMP, MVP
- Hands-on in Experimentation (A/B, MVT etc.)
- Experience in Data-driven decision making and feedback loops
- Experience working with offshore team(s)
- Storyteller
- Advanced Business English
