We are hiring a Cloud Engagement Leader for our Healthcare and Life Sciences Business Unit to join our growing Cloud Business Practice. As a Cloud Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of Cloud Business within the assigned Business Unit. You will work directly with EPAM’s customers, our business leaders, delivery organization, and Cloud Providers. and promote best practices of Cloud engagements and projects.



  • Partner with EPAM’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Business Unit to drive high-quality Cloud engagement within the portfolio
  • Collaborate with Director, VP, and C-level management at clients and serve as a trusted Cloud technology advisor for them
  • Build relationships with Cloud Services Providers and establish rapport with the key stakeholders to drive
  • Identify, develop, and close cloud transformation deals within the portfolio
  • Serve as the Cloud Transformation leader for Life Sciences clients
  • Spearhead Cloud deal pursuits and be a player-coach
  • Work closely with EPAM senior management, Business Units, and other practices and orchestrate pursuits
  • Support, train, and be a role model to our Account Managers in terms of all things Cloud Business


  • 10+ Years in technology consulting and delivery with a recent focus on Cloud Modernization projects
  • 5+ years of demonstrated track record of developing and growing cloud business with the professional services, ISV, or Enterprise Engineering space
  • Past Cloud Engineering background and experience structuring Cloud Migration and Cloud Modernization programs
  • Past hands-on development and systems engineering experience is highly preferred
  • 5 years of experience working with/for one or more major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI). Focus on AWS and desire to have a good understanding of AWS services and its organization. Certification is highly desirable
  • Experience with designing, planning, and implementing projects that include but is limited to the following spaces: Cloud enablement migration, Application modernization, Cloud native development, Cloud managed services, Cloud Governance, CCoE, DevOps and SRE
  • Industry experience in one or many areas: Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, R&D, Research
  • Executive relationships skills
  • Ability to understand the “big picture” and convert it into the actionable plan
  • Experience working with F1000 customers
