Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and coordinate projects within our programs framework, ensuring their successful execution
  • Build strong relationships with customers, potential customers, and industry professionals, fostering collaboration and driving business growth
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and internal departments, ensuring clear understanding and alignment
  • Conduct reporting activities, including data gathering, progress monitoring, metric building, and preparation of status reports to provide valuable project insights
  • Engage actively with IT communities and collaborate closely with customers to foster a strong and supportive working relationship
  • Provide support for business processes related to team responsibilities, such as travel arrangements, event organization, and administrative tasks connected to onboarding and offboarding of community members

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in project administration, documentation, and presentation preparation
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, effectively organizing and making sense of complex situations
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and balancing their needs and expectations
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to identify and overcome challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional time management abilities

Nice to have

  • Experience in organizing and executing online and offline events
  • Previous experience with technical developer's communities would be a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace products (Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail) or a fast learner who can quickly adapt to new tools
  • Work experience in a multinational, multicultural environment
