Senior Financial Analyst (Compensation) Belarus

What You’ll Do

• Process requests from managers related to the compensation data
• Create reports from accounting with compensation information for payments
• Prepare analytical reports for compensation structure, budgets vs. spending, etc
• Identify and develop opportunities for reports and process improvements

What You Have

• Higher education
• 3+ years of experience in financial analytics or accounting
• Knowledge of Excel (including formulas and pivots); VBA would be an asset
• English level – Upper-Intermediate and higher
