Lead Financial Analyst (Compensation) Belarus

What You’ll Do

• Process requests from managers related to the compensation data
• Create reports from accounting with compensation information for payments
• Prepare analytical reports for the compensation structure, budgets vs. spending, etc
• Identify and develop opportunities for reports or processes improvements
• Take the leading role in process flows
• Be responsible for sensitive data gatekeeping
• Guide and cooperate with Senior Management globally

What You Have

• Higher education
• 5+ years of experience in financial analytics or accounting
• Good knowledge of Excel (including formulas and pivots); VBA would be an asset
• English level - Upper-Intermediate and higher
