What You’ll Do

• You’ll provide end-to-end services while helping clients align business and technology by selling and delivering:
  • Digital Transformations – Lead and/or contribute to Digital Transformation Programs, establishing trusted Digital advisor status with Director level clients by proactively capitalizing on digital opportunities to deliver business value and deepen client relationships
  • IT & Technology Strategies – Develop IT & Technology strategies and roadmaps, owning specific department or sub-streams within engagements; bringing topics\domain perspective via extensive personal experience all the while ensuring its ability to be implemented
  • IT Operating Models – Design and implement Target Operating Models, aligning them to the client’s organizational strategy ensuring the product, people, process, technology, and data dimensions are appropriately addressed
  • Cloud Modernization – Be apart of hybrid client/EPAM teams in architecting and solutioning Cloud programs, including cloud assessments, migrations strategies and establishing cloud COE’s
  • Promote EPAM & CIO Advisory Practice – Proactively grow the CIO Advisory practice by developing existing expertise and skills within the practice. Remain up to date on news, best practices and trends across the relevant business and technology solutions

What You Have

• Consulting Leadership – Proven experience in providing consulting services to an extensive and existing Director level customer network to draw upon
• Experience leading and managing technology-based consulting teams and client engagements

• Proven ability to operate independently at client locations. We are lean and rapidly growing-we need experienced consultants who can take charge and assist in production activities
• Demonstrate superior presentation, organization, project leadership, and meeting facilitation skills
• Practical experience in running workshops, capturing client requirements, mapping processes, conducting hypotheses-based analysis, creating business cases, evaluating, and presenting solutions
• Digital Transformation & Program Leadership - A successful track record of leading and delivering a sub-stream within Digital transformation programs
• IT Organizational Design, Assessments and Optimization – Strong analytical skills with demonstratable experience in designing and architecting Target Operating Models across Product, People, Process and Technology within a specific IT domain
• Thought Leadership – Ability to apply recent and emerging business, ways of working and technology trends, such as but not limited to Project to Product, cloud modernization, Data & Analytics, AI & ML, RPA, Blockchain, IoT, Agile/SAFe etc
• Business Acumen - Experience applying technology to an industry or domain that generated new business opportunities for optimization and efficiency
• Education & Self-development - Passion for continuous learning of recent ways of working, business & IT topics and evolving technologies, holding a minimum bachelor’s degree or higher. Certification or hands-ons knowledge in one or more of the following Agile or SAFe, Product Management, ITIL, ITSM, TOGAF, COBIT, Project Management, Cloud Certifications, Business Analyst etc
• Consulting Practice – Ability to contribute to the management and growth of the consulting practice
• Experience - Minimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in technology consulting firm or have a blend between consulting and industry IT experience
• Travel - Willingness to travel between 50%-80%
