To ensure our extension is perfectly managed and each person gets full support, we're looking for a Personnel Officer to take on personnel administration and development charges.

What You’ll Do

  • Administrate personnel documentation in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Coordinate new employees onboarding remotely and in-person: preparing job contracts, contract changes, terminations & other necessary documentation and ensuring its quality archiving
  • Care of offboarding administration, employment verifications and terminations
  • Consult people on personnel administration issues
  • Manage inside process development
  • Put requests to Migration systems
  • Take part in preparing HR audits
  • Work with colleagues on other HR-related tasks
  • Help the Accounting team close monthly reports
  • Plan and coordinate health & safety procedures

What You Have

  • Solid experience with employment-related documents workflow
  • Proficient knowledge of Lithuanian labor law
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Ability to work independently and find information from different sources
  • Confidence in using standard Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and curiosity to learn new tools
  • Flexibility to multitask and process large amounts of data
  • Showcase of cross-cultural sensitivity and cultural awareness skills
  • The presence of health & safety specialist certificate would be a plus
