We are looking for a Senior Content Specialist to create sophisticated adaptive learning content and work in a fast-paced environment with engaged colleagues. In this role, you will identify the needs of the training target audience and align them to the business and project objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Create compelling content aligned with learning objectives and modalities
- Conduct workshops for requirements gathering for training employees on a new product launch
- Conceptualize storyboards to create effective instructional assets (infographics, animations, video, e-learning interactives)
- Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Host training sessions and drive-up enthusiasm for new technology platforms
- Develop a comprehensive assessment to measure the effectiveness of an element, module or course
What You Have
- 3+ years of instructional design experience
- 3+ years of expertise in authoring tools (Captivate, Storyline, Evolve)
- Competency in instructional design methodologies: ADDIE model, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking and interactive learning experiences
- Proficiency in assessing learning and program impact
- Ability to design user guides
