DESCRIPTION


We are looking for an Account Manager to create and execute business strategies to achieve client business goals. You will act as an Offshore Account Manager in this role, partnering with onsite Client Partners and Global Account Managers.

What You’ll Do

  • Create and execute business strategies:
    • Align with EPAM multidisciplinary teams and industry verticals (e.g., Healthcare, I&M, Insurance) to co-develop and support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
    • Serve as an engagement architect directly with client’s product, marketing and IT teams
    • Control the intersection between technology, customers, and business and serve as a trusted advisor to drive Business and Digital Transformation strategies
    • Stay abreast of current and emerging global trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the markets and geographies in which the clients and EPAM operate
  • Develop and oversee delivery approaches supporting Client Partners:
    • Work closely with the delivery organization to ensure successful delivery across your portfolio
    • Be responsible for shaping solutions, budgeting engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization
    • Lead the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase 
    • Manage resource plans, staffing strategy and locations to utilize EPAM’s global presence effectively
  • Build successful relationships supporting Client Partner:
    • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients to maximize growth within an account portfolio
    • Develop effective relationships with key internal executives, BU heads, Solution SMEs, Sales and Delivery Leaders
    • Partner with EPAM innovation hubs and clients to help craft their product vision and create compelling customer value propositions
    • Drive account revenue within the client portfolio as well as accelerate opportunities to influence and sell-in end-to-end EPAM services
    • Work with Onsite Client Partners on contract negotiations, deal reviews, PnL forecasting, managing and improving NB cost and Account Margin

What You Have

  • 5-10 years of demonstrated track record in developing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end solutions
  • Consulting, account or delivery management background
  • Experience in selling complete life-cycle software development projects (consulting, development, testing, support)
  • Thorough understanding of IT principles and practices, including the concepts and key messages behind Agile and digital services, consulting vs. outsourcing, product and service
  • Strong knowledge of the technical platforms, decentralized software development, business models, subject matter, and software engineering industry
  • Expertise in managing and monitoring performance metrics across large-scale accounts and account portfolios
  • Deep understanding of cross-cultural communications and management principles
  • Uzbek and English languages level advanced
