DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a proactive SAP IBP Consultant to join Support Team and contribute to the project from the pharmaceuticals industry. The Team ensures consulting services in SAP SD, IBP and Security areas so that you will establish a support service operating model by remote troubleshooting, implementing change requests and incident resolution.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the Service and Product Managers across several technical domains
  • Establish IBP solution consulting:
    • Solution design preparation
    • System configuration
    • Test cases preparation
    • Test scheduling and execution
    • Key user training
    • Go live support
  • Maintain post-go-live L3 support:
    • Incidents handling
    • CR realization
    • Improvement plan preparation

What You Have

  • Consulting experience in IBP (specifically SOP module)
  • Expertise with a minimum of 1 full cycle implementation
  • ERP or S/4 logistics basic knowledge (master data for IBP, PP/MM/SD processes)
  • Integration concept understanding
  • Background in CPI-DS configuration and ERP or S/4 integration AddOns

Nice to have

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical industry-specific business processes
