DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a Senior Account Manager in China to make the team stronger.

What You’ll Do

  • Establish good and trustful relationship with business departments on the client side
  • Drive account revenue growth within the client / account portfolio as well as accelerate opportunities to influence and sell EPAM services
  • Identify new growth opportunities within portfolio accounts, drive activities by working with other teams to assess opportunities, respond to RFP’s, create proposals and presentations, establish relationships with clients and prospective clients, and help to close new deals
  • Manage the account and delivery team performance
  • Identify and manage engagement risks and flag major issues early, resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Drive and coordinate preparation of client proposals, statements of work and contracts
  • Manage account performance and forecast reporting
  • Align with EPAM BU’s goals and objectives, support company financial goals by achieving revenue and profit targets
  • Collecting and analysing data and responsible for P&L, ROI, financial forecasting, weekly/bi-weekly status reviews

What You Have

  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or relevant roles
  • Proven experience in high value software solutions and consultancy services, revenue generation and client-direct selling
  • Experience in Retail, Automotive industry are preferred
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
  • Experience in managing and monitoring performance metrics across various accounts or portfolio of accounts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and planning skills are necessary
  • Experience of negotiating commercial agreements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Mandarin
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
  • The preferred working location is Shanghai, China
