Responsabilités

  • Generate new business against a revenue quota, focusing on both new and existing clients in your territory, key metric of your success
  • Develop strong knowledge of your sales territory and build proactive approach to driving new business for EPAM
  • Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business and serve as trusted advisor that brings technology enabled solutions
  • Monitor current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients’ business and initiatives
  • Build account and pursuit plans
  • Identify, articulate, orchestrate, and win multi-discipline technology services deals
  • Manage individual sales activity in CRM
  • Identify opportunities, respond to RFP’s, create proposals and presentations, establish relationships with clients and prospective clients, and help to close / sign new deals

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in a business role, with a background in consulting or engineering
  • Demonstrated track record of identifying and closing new business using consultative and collaborative multi-discipline team approach
  • Proven history of developing long term client relationships at all levels of client organizations including C Suite
  • Experience with proactive selling, RFP and RFI response orchestration
  • Familiar with technology, business models, and trends across a wide spectrum of technical solution offerings for enterprises with a general industry focus in insurance (P&C, Group Life & Benefits
  • Experience with evangelizing transformational ideas and building a vision for large enterprise clients, leading to real long-term value
  • Familiar with building and managing account plans and CRM sales activity on an ongoing basis
  • Ability to work with and lead teams of highly skilled professionals on a deal basis
  • Proven track record of collaborating with technology vendors to close business
  • Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb verbal and written communication skills, with seasoned presentation skills, executive presence, interpersonal and strong negotiation skills
