We are looking for an experienced Project Admin in Ho Chi Minh City Office. Taking the opportunity, you will be a part of our friendly and supportive of the Project Administrative Team in EPAM APAC!

Responsibilities
- Understand and ensure compliance to the Contract Management and Governance guidelines for on-boarding/off-boarding engineers to projects
- Work closely with Account Managers to support operational activities on their accounts
- Work with Account Managers on contract creation and deal review preparation
- Time report tracking using the internal systems, managing monthly sync-ups with the Client reviewing Actuals vs. Planned, invoices, contracts
- Manage resource plans via internal systems
- Revenue forecasting and billing review
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting/ Business Administration or related majors
- At least 01 year at similar position
- Advanced level of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
- Able to learn quickly and display initiative
- Excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritize work and do multitasking
- Strong analytical skills to process huge amounts of data
- Positive interpersonal skills: Proactive, diligent and accurate
- Stress resistance and emotional stability
- Strong will to achieve the result – understand a task, find a solution, seek for other solutions, with the highest quality at the end
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word
- Prior organizational experience or applicable business experience
