What You’ll Do
- Drive requirement gathering and analysis
- Create User Stories/Requirements specifications
- Design and improve processes in ITSM and adjacent domains
- Serve as a process subject matter expert to the customer and members of the team
- Closely collaborate with various stakeholders and members of the team
- Communicate requirements and act as a liaison between the customer and the development team
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Participate in pre-sales activities and demos
What You Have
- Experience in designing and improvement of processes in ITSM and adjacent domains
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL
- Experience in working directly with technical and business stakeholders on the customer’s side
- Expertise in business process modelling
- Experience with writing good documentation
- English at B2+ level

- ServiceNow (or other ITSM tool), MS Office suite, business process modelling tools
