  • Actively participate in the 12-week formal education program
  • Receive training and mentoring by an EPAM Engineer
  • Participate in practical tasks like executing test scripts, reporting results, setting up test environments, etc
  • Utilize cutting-edge technologies
  • Upon successful completion of the program, you will be given the opportunity to join EPAM in a full-time engineering role


  • 6+ months of experience using Java (preferred), JavaScript, C# in a production environment
  • Understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented-programming (OOP)
  • Able to read and understand project documentation
  • Prior experience with QA, creating test scripts, Agile methodologies, Selenium WebDrive, test case design, Version Controlling Systems (Nice to Have)
  • Graduation from Accredited University with a major in Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science OR completion of Technical Bootcamp
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skill, professional presence
  • B1+ English level
  • Ability to travel as needed to client and EPAM offices
  • Eagerness to grow and develop as a business professional
  • Works well independently and in team environment
  • Flexible, proactive team-player attitude is a must
