We are looking for an experienced Senior People Advisory Specialist.
Responsibilities
- On / Off Boarding:
- Facilitate and organize orientation, on-boarding programmes and conduct introductory talks
- Process Leavers and complete all necessary administration (exit checklist, exit questionnaire verification)
- Retention:
- Support the HR Business Partner in implementation of the people plan to include initiatives to drive engagement including employee satisfaction/engagement surveys
- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
- Support in the organizing of events and activities to increase employee engagement, building teamwork, work life balance, healthy lifestyle, etc
- Collaborate with internal communication team to gather news and administer info.epam.com for assigned locations
- HR Advisory:
- Provide HR Consultancy to support line managers and employees on all people matters/HR Policy
- Review and update the employee handbook, standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, process flows, user documentation, departmental policy and other documentation that impact the use of HR systems
- Manage HRIS data validation ensure the accuracy of the data management
- Work with Centers of Excellence including Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility and others to provide a wide range of HR Services to stakeholders
- Work closely with the HR Operation Team to ensure the business receives an efficient and high-quality HR administration service
- Support the Promotion cycles, Recognition programs, Performance Feedback, Assessment Procedures
- Provide assistance in administering employee benefits program
- Support on HR vendor management and monthly invoice accrual
- Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance (government surveys and government related reimbursements.)
- Other responsibilities related to the role and not listed above
Requirements
- Educated to relevant HR degree standard or equivalent HR qualifications with 3-4 years experience
- A generalist HR background and a proven track record of delivering
- Strong employee relations experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid working relationships
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exposure to diverse and complex matrix businesses in an HR generalist role is an advantage
- Experience of managing / supporting HR projects
- Capacity to understand how people issues impact the business and how HR can create value for the business
- Ability to provide both verbal and written information clearly, succinctly, and persuasively, as well as ability to influence others
- Strong organization skills are important, as well as strong attention to detail, an ability to multitask and see work through to full implementation
- Ability to build key relationships and reach agreements and consensus despite differing goals and priorities
- Demonstrates a pro-active approach
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment
- Ability to use research methods effectively, including data collection, diagnostic, and analytical skills
- Possess good understanding of statutory requirements
- Able to work autonomously & provide independent opinions
