We are looking for Python Discipline Manager to join our rapidly growing offices in Warsaw and Katowice.
We are supporting Employment Contract or B2B, depending on your preferences.

Person on this position would be responsible for building, developing and managing Python competency in those locations.

  • Managing the organization unit according to defined goals and strategy
  • Planning and executing strategies for constant growth of technological and managerial expertise in their organizational unit
  • Ensuring organizational resources are fully engaged in production projects


  • At least 2+ years of leadership experience in a software development organization
  • At least 4+ years strong hands-on development experience in Python
  • Ability to run an organization of 10+ people (preferably 20+)
  • Ability to drive all activities related to competency: events external/internal, hiring events, interviewers program, mentoring program etc
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Self-efficiency
  • Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B2)
