DESCRIPTION
Do you want to join a team of globally renowned and award-wining Designers and Technologists, who are passionate about what they do and how they do it? Do you want to play a key role building strong business / technology relationships, taking a ‘hands on’ approach to define a culture of continuous improvement, while being accountable for the overall project delivery, client satisfaction and the management of expectations?
Responsibilities
- You will own the delivery of multiple complex, end-to-end digital transformation engagements across different clients from different industry sectors
- You will bring a wealth of technical and engineering experience enabling you to create, present and advocate solution architectures and approaches with deep technical details; you will conduct solution architecture review/audit and calculate and present ROI
- You will be responsible for the full project initiation and life cycle: lead management, qualification for the bid/financing, drive solutioning and staffing, client management, delivery and execution governance
- You will apply your previous experience as a hands-on technology practitioner and will suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes, as well leverage technology to provide better user experiences
- You will run multiple delivery streams and clients, to ensure governance at top management level and conduct governance project meetings and identify successful and unsuccessful project factors and gaps
- You will manage & grow a team of Technology Delivery Managers - provide coaching, mentoring and development support, in order to drive up delivery capability across the department
- You will ensure consistent weekly planning / reporting cycle including clear reporting of progress towards vision & goals, deliverables & features, issues, risk & resource allocation across the engagement
- You will be responsible for managing customer expectations and relationships, looking for opportunities to up/ cross-sell products and services through relationship management
Requirements
- Experience across different industry sectors and verticals (experience in insurance, life sciences or pharmaceuticals, highly desirable, but not essential)
- Ability to apply a mix of business knowledge and delivery practices to projects to achieve the best results
- Proven experience working in consulting or outsourcing account/delivery management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary, experience with working with nearshore teams preferable
- Expected to have exceptional organization, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
