DESCRIPTION
EPAM HR Operations team announces the open position of People Operations Specialist for Onboarding and Adaptation area. We are looking for communicative, pro-active, goal-oriented, motivated, self-organized experienced team player.
Responsibilities
- Support the process of new employees onboarding
- Preparation of all New Employee’s related requests/documentation
- Provide timely request acknowledgement, escalation of requests if required
- Work with company’s internal systems
- Orientation for newcomers (Helping Hand)
- Answer questions (via phone or in teams/skype/etc.)
- On-demand administrative support
- Work with other teams / stakeholders
- Perform first level of troubleshooting, gathering additional details
- And other HR related responsibilities
Requirements
- Higher education
- At least 1 year of experience working as HR / HR Operation
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Good presentational skills
- Advance organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- High competence in English (B1 at least) / Ukrainian / Russian
- MS Office knowledge
- Self-organized
