We are currently looking for a Senior Director of Account Management to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding and background in business development regarding IoT-enabling technology services and solutions and account management, while also having experience acting as a subject matter expert for EPAM clients. What You’ll Do

  • Drive product needs with multiple industrial and or manufacturing clients to achieve their goals of digitizing their products, converting their non-digital offerings to digital services, and undertaking digital transformation of their product lines
  • Able to communicate the Industrial IoT / Industry 4.0 message and relevance regarding the application of IoT and digital transformation to industrial and manufacturing client prospects
  • Demonstrated ability of having worked with and being able to explain previous technology service contributions to two or more mid-cap or large-cap industrial or manufacturing product- or service-focused clients in one or more facets of clients’ IoT and digital transformation journeys
  • Act as an account management or client partner lead with clients, internal teams, and BU heads / sales leads
  • Align with other EPAM account managers and senior EPAM leadership to co-develop / support account plans and strategies for sales, delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Serve as the engagement architect, responsible for account plans and strategies, and work directly with client product, engineering, marketing, and/or leadership teams to position EPAM for success
  • Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business; serve as an expert consultant assisting clients with digital transformation / digital product strategies and solutions
  • Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the industrial and manufacturing markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how these affect client businesses and initiatives
  • Work closely with delivery management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
  • Responsible for shaping solutions and properly scoping / pricing engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio
  • Deliver on EPAM’s growth and performance objectives

What You Have

  • 10+ years demonstrated track record of developing and growing client relationships while selling and program managing delivery of technology services
  • 5 years of selling IoT services and solutions, and leading teams that are delivering end-to-end IoT solutions and digital transformation programs
  • Familiarity with two or more industrial markets experiencing IoT-enabling disruption and digital transformation
  • Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud based IoT solutions
  • Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas
  • Ability to operate at the strategic level yet being close enough to the details to add client value and be a real support to the EPAM team
  • Experience managing and monitoring performance metrics across large client accounts and account portfolios
  • Exceptional leadership/management, oral communication, and written communication skills
  • Strong IoT technology service knowledge and hands-on experience with an emphasis on consulting, IoT product management best practices, and IoT product development
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with an extended team including multi-national onshore and offshore teammates
