DESCRIPTION


We are looking for an experienced Apigee Support Engineer/System Engineer to come on board and support our operation in Zürich.

You are curious, persistent, logical and clever – a true techie at heart. You enjoy living by the code of your craft and developing elegant solutions for complex problems. If this sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM.

Responsibilities

  • Support several technical domains
  • Uphold high standards for timely issue resolution
  • Contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services
  • Define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
  • Application health monitoring and defining pro-active measures
  • Automation Development

Requirements

  • Apigee specialist but also supporting other Linux and Solaris applications
  • Experience with 2nd level support
  • Availability for on-call support
  • WebSphere and Tomcat knowledge is a big plus
  • Experience with Oracle is a big plus
  • A natural ability to solve complex issues
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
  • German is a nice to have, at least understanding
