Currently we are looking for an Automotive Project Manager for our Budapest office to make the team even stronger.

In Hungary currently 1400+ IT Engineers help the world’s leading companies imagine, design, engineer and deliver software that changes the world. We are working on a self-driving car’s steering system at one of our automotive projects, with ~60+ people in Budapest and Minks, and looking for an experienced Automotive Project Manager who could coordinate our teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience preferably gained in Automotive, Aviation, Healthcare or Telecommunication industry;
  • 2+ years of experience in embedded systems gained from embedded software development;
  • Understanding of V-model and the expectations of the automotive industry;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Experience in leading 30+ people project;
  • Clear vision and status of projects, ability to give clear status;
  • Flexibility to work well in a dynamic environment with short delivery timescales and changing priorities;
  • Ability to summarize effectively; outstanding presentation and communication skills, ability to adapt delivery style and language to suit the audience;
  • Motivated to continuous improvements;
  • Get things done attitude;
  • Willingness to travel regularly (the position based in Budapest, but needs personal presence in Minsk, Belarus for one week in every month);
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in leading cross-cultural teams;
  • Russian language knowledge.
