Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience);
Good command of English, both written and spoken;
At least 2-4 years of experience in an IT recruitment industry;
Strong experience in direct search for specialists: Java, C++, Embedded, .NET, automation testers;
Ability to connect with hiring managers;
Good understanding of Microsoft Office;
Strong orientation to monthly hiring targets in line with Productivity norms;
Ability to “sell” the organization;
Ability to drive recruitments for open positions end-to-end life cycle management of TA tasks;
Ability to work under time pressures and multi task in a fast-paced environment;
Good at problem solving and in planning and pipeline management (operations);
Strong team player;
High on initiative;
Effective communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to multitask;
Target and result orientation.
