Currently we are looking for a Senior UX Designer for our Kyiv office to make the team even stronger.

UXD Group is a department responsible for user experience design, user interface design and front-end development. We work in various business domains to bring our customers to a success: complex eCommerce solutions, banking, sport, logistics, project and people management, etc. We design and develop high load web-based services and applications for desktop, tablets, mobile and custom in-store (Kiosk) devices. We participate in pre-sale activities, creating real data working prototypes, using cutting-edge technologies.


  • Be responsible for conducting workshops with stakeholders, end-users; understand design, business and technical requirements;
  • Be responsible for contributing to, developing and iterating on concepts for design experiences (including mobile);
  • Participate in and contribute to the planning process for new features and projects;
  • Refine your designs by considering live customer data, market research and usability studies;
  • Assist in the development and evaluation of personas, user stories and usability studies;
  • Develop and contribute to wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes;
  • Work with the development team and the customer to understand and respond to their design needs.


  • At least 3 years of experience as a User Experience Designer, Interaction Designer, Visual Designer or similar role;
  • Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Sketch, InVision/Marvel. Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure would be a plus;
  • Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions is a requirement for the application;
  • Ability to create world-class mockups and style guides;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Fluency in best practices for information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques;
  • Familiarity with the technical considerations needed when designing for various devices including mobile;
  • Demonstrated visual design expertise; capacity for creating fun, highly usable designs and layouts, and a propensity towards simplification;
  • Ability to quickly turn around rigorous wireframes and mockups quickly in a fast-paced, iterative environment;
  • Ability to scope design deliverables accurately and prioritize work items appropriately;
  • Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members;
  • Core skills:
    • UX design;
    • UI/Visual design;
    • English of Intermediate+ (B1+) level or higher is mandatory.
  • Proficiency with the following tools:
    • Sketch;
    • InVision/Marvel, Axure or another prototyping tool;
    • Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (optional);
    • HTML/CSS/JS basics (optional).
