As a Project/Resource Manager, you will manage and motivate a team of 10+ professionals to ensure the building of a top-notch quality product for one of our largest accounts.

ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
Our client is a global company that provides high-level information and software services to healthcare, legal, business, tax, accounting, finance, audit, risk, and compliance professionals.
Manage and motivate a team of 10+ professionals on one of the largest accounts at EPAM;
Ensure that the solution is delivered in line with the EPAM process and methodologies;
Participate in overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling;
Project planning, reporting, risks identifying;
Work both independently and in close collaboration with others in the team and across the business;
Communicate directly with the customer;
Communicate with stakeholders and teams.
Relevant experience as a .NET Developer within production projects;
Experience in project management;
Solid .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC knowledge;
Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns;
Experience working on Scrum/Kanban projects;
Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate level and higher);
Strong project planning skills (short/long term);
Stress resistance, mental agility and “can-do” attitude.
