Currently we are looking for a strong Project/Resource Manager for our Minsk office to make the .NET team even stronger.

We are seeking a technologically advanced person who thrives in organizations that constantly adapt and evolve and who strives to level up expertise in the legal and financial domains.

As a Project/Resource Manager, you will manage and motivate a team of 10+ professionals to ensure the building of a top-notch quality product for one of our largest accounts.

ABOUT THE CUSTOMER


Our client is a global company that provides high-level information and software services to healthcare, legal, business, tax, accounting, finance, audit, risk, and compliance professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of 10+ professionals on one of the largest accounts at EPAM;
  • Ensure that the solution is delivered in line with the EPAM process and methodologies;
  • Participate in overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling;
  • Project planning, reporting, risks identifying;
  • Work both independently and in close collaboration with others in the team and across the business;
  • Communicate directly with the customer;
  • Communicate with stakeholders and teams.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience as a .NET Developer within production projects;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Solid .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC knowledge;
  • Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns;
  • Experience working on Scrum/Kanban projects;
  • Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate level and higher);
  • Strong project planning skills (short/long term);
  • Stress resistance, mental agility and “can-do” attitude.
